HOW TO ORDER: We recommend ordering in advance as we do sell out of some items. Mail or fax an order to our office (you can access the order form and brochure through the links above). Then just pick up your order at our sale! We send you a reminder postcard two weeks in advance with your order number - please bring it with you. Or you can just come and shop! We always have plenty of extra first quality stock to sell; we frequently have specialty items, last minute finds, or items that were in too short supply to list in the catalogue for sale as well. |
VOLUNTEERING We always need volunteers to help with our sales! You can volunteer the day before the sale (Thursday 9/23, 9:30 am - 2ish) to help pack orders; or on the two sale days. We will give you $10 of plants for every two hours volunteered. Please note we distribute volunteer plants after orders are packed. If you would like to volunteer please fill in the volunteer information section at the bottom of the order form when you place your order, or email us. |
DIRECTIONS From Route 495 take exit #32. Go south 1/4 mile to lights. Go left at lights (Route 110). Go 1/2 mile. Turn right onto South Chelmsford Road. Go 1.0 mile to 4-H County Fairgrounds. Park in the first lot. Order pickup and cash sales are in the large green building across the field. *** Please do not park in the Handicapped/Volunteer Parking Lot*** |
SALE POLICIES You are responsible for picking up your order. If you do not pick up your order it will be returned to our office and we cannot guarantee survival. Unclaimed orders will be donated to conservation groups after pick-up ends. We cannot accept claims for shortages or unsatisfactory plants once you leave the Fairgrounds; however if you are dissatisfied with any item in your order you may exchange it or request a refund at the Sale. |
