2020 FALL BULB AND PERENNIAL SALE


Our pre-order period has ended; orders may be picked up Friday 9/18 (3-6pm) and Saturday 9/19 (8am-noon) at Nara Park, 25 Ledge Rock Way, Acton, MA 01760.

You are welcome to come and shop on the two sale days; however we recommend ordering in advance as we do sell out of our more popular items. There are two ways to order (deadline is August 31):

1) Click on the category links above, add your items to our secure shopping cart, and checkout with paypal. You don’t need a paypal account, just a credit card.

2) Print out the order form from the link above and mail in with a check to: Middlesex Conservation District, 319 Littleton Rd  Suite 205, Westford, MA 01886. 

You can pick up your items on 9/18 (3-6pm) or 9/19 (8am – noon) at the location above.

Refund Policy: We strive to deliver healthy plants – if you are not happy with your order please let us know at the sale, and you are welcome to an exchange or refund. There are no refunds after orders are picked up.

VOLUNTEERING

We always need volunteers to help with our sales! You can volunteer the day before the sale to help pack orders; or on the two sale days. We will give you $10 of plants for every two hours volunteered. Please note we distribute volunteer plants after orders are packed. If you would like to volunteer please email us.

DIRECTIONS

From the intersection of route 27 and route 2A in Acton, proceed north on route 27 for 0.9 miles. Turn left onto Ledge Rock Way; after 0.2 miles turn right into the entrance to the Nara Park parking lot. We are in the bathhouse pavilion directly adjacent to the parking lot.

SALE POLICIES

You are responsible for picking up your order. If you do not pick up your order it will be returned to our office and we cannot guarantee survival. Unclaimed orders will be donated to conservation groups after pick-up ends.

We cannot accept claims for shortages or unsatisfactory plants once you leave the sale location; however if you are dissatisfied with any item in your order you may exchange it or request a refund before you leave.

Please tell your gardening friends about our site and our sale. We never sell, exchange, rent or trade your emails.
