N/S/PS Short stature (12"-15"), spreading habit and completely mildew free, blooming with pure white flowers in early summer, weeks before garden phlox.

Juniper 'Blue Rug' (J. horizontalis)  

S Creeping plant spreading to 6'-8' wide, height 4"-6", silvery blue foliage that has a light purple tinge in winter. One of the shortest varieties.
